This was my Valentine's present to Jason. He'd just made a birthday cake for me and took such pride in his work, I thought this would be perfect for him and for us to do together. He is the only male in the class, but that just makes him endearing to all of the other ladies. It seems like a riotous group.
Our homework this week is to make frosting--the key is the consistency. And fold different sized parchment "tubes."
