Crazy, crazy month. I was home for five days out of the first fifteen days of the month! While home, we made the most of it. We worked on the flag detail at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers game. It was my first NFL game and it was a blast, even from the nose-bleed section.
The big highlight came towards the end of the month. Jason passed his promotion test, which now makes him a Master Sergeant! He tested out-of-cycle due to his deployment, which also meant he could tack on his stripes soon after receiving his test results. I got to "help" tack on his stripes, as is evidenced in the second-to-last picture. :-) One must uphold tradition!
